Now any iPhone user can take advantage of tethering for free, on almost all of the most popular carriers. Yes Australia, this works 100% for us!! Many other countries too, inc. AT&T. Just go to http://help.benm.at/tethering.php on your iPhone in Safari, choose your Country, your provider and install the profile. I’m not responsible for any overages or charges you may get for this service, I’m simply telling you about it. It should all work fine!!! Works great for me. Apparently on some providers it disables MMS and/or Visual Voicemail, but it hasn’t for me (Optus, although Optus doesn’t have VV)

Remember, you need a data pack, and you need iPhone OS 3.0!
